Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> R -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine, conducted on the 31 st of March, 2016. The <br /> inspection was conducted by Clayton Wein accompanied by Janet Binns both of the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation Mining and Safety(DRMS). The mine site is inactive,therefore no company representative was <br /> present during the insprction. The weather started out with light fog and snow which cleared to sunshine. The <br /> temperature was approximatly 40 degrees farenheight. There was a fresh dusting of snow at the site,which had <br /> mostly melted by the end of the inspection to reveal damp and muddy ground conditions. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The records for the Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine are located at the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood <br /> Springs Colorado. The records are well maintained and in good condition. For more details see the attached <br /> Availability of Records Form attached to the end of this report. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14 <br /> Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br /> Steep Slopes 4.14.2,4.27;Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> Areas reclaimed in October and November include: Area 1,Area 2 and Area 3. For more details see the <br /> Hydrologic Balance section of this report. <br /> FISH and WILDLIFE—Rule 4.18: <br /> While inspecting the Middle Terrace, fresh coyote tracks were seen.
