A culvert was added to the ditch just prior to the <br /> road for access to the power line road and it appears that a berm was constructed to block additional access to the <br /> area.No issues were observed with the construction and associated disturbance of the road. <br /> r <br /> i r J�• <br /> Containment berm prior to emergency road. Emergency road with windrow topsoil. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> The Gossard Loadout was inspected. The loadout was inactive at the time of the inspection. All surface runoff for <br /> the Gossard Loadout area is directed into three ponds: Stoker Siding Pond, Gossard Pond and Loop Pond. Each <br /> pond was inspected and additional information can be found under"Hydrologic Balance"of this report.No issues <br /> were observed in the Gossard Loadout Area. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> Mine identification signs were inspected along the length of County Road 51. All information for compliance were <br /> located on the signs. <br /> Topsoil markers were located on top of each pile inspected within the mine site which clearly marks "topsoil". <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsoil piles were inspected along Gossard Loadout and along the haul road.
