III. NOTES:
' 1. Hall-Irwin(HI)on-site using a Komatsu PC 800 Excavator to remove alluvium material from the slurry
trench. Fresh slurry was placed within trench as work progressed up-station to keep the walls of the
' trench from collapsing. Backfill material was mixed and placed throughout the day.
