It is very poor range land due to the lack of <br /> vegetation. <br /> a. Fertilization <br /> It is not anticipated that any fertilizer will be necessay. <br /> b. Revegetation-types of trees,schrubs, etc. <br /> No trees or schrubs will be planted. <br /> c. Topsoiling. <br /> Topsoil will be placed at a depth of 2" over the site. <br /> Page 8 <br />
