Proof of publication in newspaper. Adequate as submitted
2. Proof of notice to all landowners of record. Adequate as submitted
3. In regards to the Division of Water Resources. I have obtained a Storm water permit
Certification Number C0R341766 on January 12 2016. We don't expect to run into any ground
water in this pit as we are mining fingers of gravel down to the existing floor of the site and don't
foresee going any deeper. The water we plane on using for dust control will come from our well
located at the county shop in Idalia. This well is used for road construction in the southern part of
our county.
4. All Maps have been updated and included for your review. Maps have following items.
A. map title
B. Pit number
C. Prepared by
D. Date
E. Topo map name
F. Legend
G. North arrow
H. Scale
