Cover material is placed on the three lower benches <br /> that have been backfilled and graded to final configuration. The upper bench remains open for additional refuse <br /> placement. Topsoil has been placed and erosion control mat is in place. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3)Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4)Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(5) and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6)Reclamation 4.03.1(7)14.03.2(7): <br /> All roads in and around the facilities area and off-site locations were dry and stable with no problems noted. As <br /> noted in the Hydrologic Balance section of this report,roadside ditches and culverts have been cleaned and were <br /> functioning as designed at the time of the inspection. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES-Rule 4.04: <br /> The Terror Creek Vent Shaft area was stable with no problems noted at the time of the inspection. <br /> Conveyor rollers and belt was being removed at the Portal B bench and placed on the pad at the time of the <br /> inspection.
