The rock lined channel on the west side of the refuse disposal area was stable with run-off in the <br /> channel. All ditches and culverts at the East Mine designed to convey run-off from the reclaimed slopes to the <br /> ponds were stable with no problems noted,with the exception of the following: <br /> -The east mine facilities access road ditch stray bales run-off control structures will need to be cleared of <br /> sediment and may require new straw bales to be installed. <br /> Ponds 1,2, 3, and 4 and Ponds W-1,W-2,the Timber Storage Pond, and the West Ridge Pond; along with the <br /> Bowie No. 1 Loadout ponds,were stable with no problems noted. All ponds were dry with the exception of a <br /> small amount of pooled water in Pond 2 with no discharge noted.
