Some of the scrap <br /> had already been removed and the concrete had been piled up on the pad; work was ongoing. The remaining <br /> sections of the CV-1 belt were still standing and will be removed in sections by crane (rather than simply being <br /> pulled over,as previously intended)as they had been purchased by Bronco Utah Operations. Work was in <br /> progress,using dozers,to prepare temporary pads for the cranes. The same company had also purchased the <br /> bypass belt. <br /> At the Elk Creek fan site the tank,vacuum pump building and two compressor buildings will be left <br /> standing. The substation was expected to be sold and removed.A little concrete remained to be broken up. <br /> At the portal bench,the portal building had been sold and was being dismantled. The wash bay had also been sold. <br /> Concrete remained to be broken up. <br /> Beside the highway,the silo had been completely emptied of gravel. The concrete had been drilled for <br /> explosives, and a hinge cut.
