Enclosed are <br />copies of the Findings of the State Engineer and your denied application. <br />If you are, or will be, seeking approval of a plan for augmentation regarding this well, at <br />such time as the Division 1 Water Court approves a plan for augmentation applicable to the <br />proposed well, you should submit a letter to this office requesting reconsideration of this well <br />denial.
