Brian Watterson of Seneca Property LLC <br /> accompanied the inspection. The mine is a reclaimed surface mine. As such,winter activites on the property are <br /> limited to required water monitoring. Snow machines are used for winter access by the water monitoring <br /> personnel. <br /> The site is snow covered with a good 2 feet of snow pack. The weather was rapidly changing from sunny and <br /> windy,to snow squalls moving in. Portions of the mine were accessed via snowshoes. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The Mine is a reclaimed surface mine. All mine buildings have been removed. No mine personnel remain <br /> on site. Records are stored at the Foidel Creek Mine engineering office. The Foidel Creek Mine and Yoast Mine <br /> have the same parent company. Mine personnel are present at the Foidel Creek mine full-time,making that <br /> location an acceptable location for storage and management of the mine records. <br /> Permit. Exp. 8/5/2015. Seneca Property LLC submitted a renewal application,RN4, in a timely fashion allowing <br /> for right of successive renewal. SP,LLC needs to respond to the Division's adequacy concerns. <br /> Ground water monitoring information needs to be stored where readily available for review. Brian stated that the <br /> data is maintained on a computer in the main office.
