The inspector <br /> did not try to access the permit area from Access road G. Areas in the Access road G area(and drainage)were <br /> snow covered as far as could be seen. No activity or tracks were apparent of previous access. <br /> The county road is plowed to the oil well.No plowing or road maintenance has occurred on the main access road <br /> from Pond 6 gate southward. <br /> Winter activities are limited to required water monitoring. Seneca Property LLC contracts with a third party to <br /> conduct the regular winter monitoring. Winter access is conducted by snow machine. <br /> Access to Pond 9 had not been plowed. Pond 9 was inaccessible. <br /> Pond 15 was inaccessible as well. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> Only Gulch 006 drainage was visible. No new areas of instability were observable.
