New Horizon North Mine <br />H. WEED MANAGEMENT <br />During 2015, approximately 160 acres were treated for noxious weeds by spot spraying <br />by a licensed contractor. Map 5 shows the general areas that were treated; however, the <br />actual treatment sites were generally small and random and thus too small to accurately <br />depict on a map. Included in Attachment 2 are the types of weeds targeted and mixture of <br />herbicides used, and the date of treatment. All herbicides were applied following <br />manufacturing label recommendations. <br />I.
