2015 Annual Reclamation Report Energy Fuels Coal, Inc - Southfield Mine <br />Areas Disturbed during 2015 <br />No additional areas were disturbed during the reporting period. <br />Areas Backfilled and Graded during 2015 <br />EFCI commenced demolition of the former substation facility, located southwest of the RDA, <br />during 2014. After removing and disposing of all related demolition debris, the substation pad <br />and connecting light -use road segment were backfilled and graded in 2015. The combined area <br />of reclamation was approx. 0.5 Acres. This area is shown on accompanying Map 4, 2015 <br />Reclamation Area <br />Areas Topsoiled during 2015 <br />The aforementioned substation pad and connecting light -use road segment were topsoiled in <br />2015. The combined area of reclamation was approx. 0.5 Acres. <br />Areas Seeded or Planted during 2015 <br />The aforementioned substation pad and connecting light -use road segment were seeded with the <br />approved seed mixture, and mulched, in 2015. The combined area of reclamation was approx. <br />0.5 Acres. <br />Areas Previously Seeded or Planted <br />Maps included with this report, in Appendix D, are the following: <br />• Map 1, Mine Site and RDA Reclamation, portrays the general location, dates, and areas <br />previously revegetated or planted in and adjacent to the former Mine Facilities area <br />• Map 2, Ancillary Facilities Areas Reclamation, shows dates of revegetated for the <br />ancillary facilities areas <br />• Map 3, Loadout Area Reclamation, shows dates of revegetated and reseeding <br />• Map 4, 2015 Reclamation Area, shows areas revegetated at the Mine Site in 2015 <br />Previously revegetated areas at the Mine Site include the main facilities area, small ancillary <br />facility areas, and the west portion of the refuse disposal area that were seeded with the <br />permanent seed mix in 2003. The remaining previously revegetated areas (pre -2003) lay <br />primarily on the eastern and mid portion of the refuse disposal area. The more recent areas <br />seeded and mulched in 2003 exhibited good vegetative conditions considering the relatively dry <br />winter & spring seasons during 2007-2008. Midsummer monsoon rains during 2008 then <br />brought instant improvement & vigor to the vegetation. Moisture during 2009 was adequate for <br />continued good growth.
