Site 115 did not appear to be discharging,the flume and surrounding <br /> ditches were snow covered. The water treatment ponds were snow and ice covered but the embankments appeared <br /> stable. According to Mr.Watterson,TC may begin discharging at site 115 in April of this year. <br /> The 6 Main North Sediment Pond was snow and ice covered. The site did not appear to be discharging. The <br /> spillway was snow covered. <br /> Pond C does not appear to have any standing water,however the pond is covered in snow. <br /> ***TC needs to exercise caution when plowing snow near the train loadout.
