February 26, 2016 C-1982-057/Seneca II-W Mine JHB <br /> Pond 6 was frozen and snow covered. <br /> No concerns were identified with drainage 006-E1. <br /> There is an open area in the snow in PM-41)drainage. It was indeterminate if runoff is passing through PM-11 or <br /> not. <br /> PM-3,PM-213 all appear functional from the aerial pictures. No sign of breaching or failure of the surge tanks <br /> could be noted with the snow cover. <br /> The spoil spring east of Pond 16 appeared to be flowing due to an open channel between the spring and Pond 16. <br /> Stock tank T-5 was frozen and snow covered. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br /> Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and(6)/4.03.2(5) and(6) <br /> Roads are not plowed on the mine property. Winter activities are limited to water monitoring. Seneca <br /> Property LLC can use snow machines to fulfill the winter sampling requirements. <br /> The County road is plowed to the Oil well. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The snow fence has proven effective in dropping a sizeable snow drift on the lee side of the fence. There <br /> continues to be a snow drift in the PD-4 drainage. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> The Warehouse is snowed in.
