February 23, 2016 C-1996-083/Bowie No. 2 Mine JDM <br />Gob #2 <br />Groh Pile #I <br />Material was being placed in the drying area at the time of the inspection. The pile was graded and partially snow <br />covered. The pile was stable with no evidence of instability or damage. <br />Gob #3 from Gob #2 <br />Gob Pile 44 <br />Reclamation of the west side of Gob Pile #4 is completed. Cover material is placed on the three lower benches <br />that have been backfilled and graded to final configuration. The upper bench remains open for additional refuse <br />placement. Topsoil has been placed and erosion control mat is in place. Gob Pile #4 was partially snow covered. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />All roads throughout the facilities area were wet with the exception of the main facilities road which was dry at the <br />time of the inspection.
