All construction materials placed were verified as <br /> suitable, and construction methods were in accordance with project technical specifications."* <br /> A) VLF (Phase 1 and 2) <br /> Structural Fill: <br /> The following Structural Fill haul to fill and grading activities occurred: <br /> Cat dozers placed cut-to-fill on slopes in the vicinity of station M2+00 to M4+00, K7+00 to <br /> K11+00, S24+00 to M11+00, M20+00 to M22+00 and 113+00 to 115+00. <br /> A Cat dozer ripped a portion of the Phase 2 diversion channel between stations S3+00 to S4+00. <br /> A Cat excavator loaded Cat 740 haul trucks with the cut material and it was hauled and placed as <br /> Structural Fill between stations 118+0 to 121+00. <br /> A Cat loader, a Cat dozer and Cat 740 haul trucks removed overburden from an area above <br /> station 44+00 of the ADR Haul Road and it was hauled and placed as Structural Fill between <br /> stations 114+0 to 117+00. <br /> All of the above Structural Fill material was placed, compacted, and graded per the project plans <br /> and specifications. <br />
