At the writing of this document, TC has not been obtained <br />approval of the LBM. <br />Permit Revision No. 11 (PR -11) proposes to development and longwall mine in the Wolf Creek <br />Coal Seam under previously mined areas in the Eastern Mining District and Northern Mining <br />District and will also affect an additional 150 acres not currently mined; specifically in Sections <br />9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 in Township 5 North, Range 86 west. This Permit Revision <br />includes mining of longwall panels 4RT, SRT, 6RT, 7RT, 8RT and 9RT and associated and gate <br />and bleeder roads. A portion of Fish Creek and Foidel Creek is to be undermined. Routt County <br />Road No. 33 is to be undermined.
