RECLAMATION ATS (revised 8/93) EXHIBIT L Reclamation costs are estimated on having a maximum area of disturbance consisting of no more than 27.51 acres ± needing some form of reclamation at any one time. This includes areas stripped, partially mined and partially reclaimed, lake surface areas do not need reclamation. The table below outlines the baseline data we used to do our bond estimate calculation. The areas in the table are all within the mined area.
