Brighton anticipates a <br />surplus of consumable water available during this time is willing to lease this water on a <br />temporary basis to Ready Mixed Concrete Company. This letter will serve as the lease <br />agreement between Ready Mixed and Brighton. <br />The City of Brighton agrees to provide approximately 52 acre feet of water to the South Platte <br />River for augmentation use by Ready Mixed Concrete Company. The water will be delivered <br />from Ken Mitchell Lakes. The final delivery amount and rates are to be provided to Brighton no <br />later than September 1, 2009 for inclusion in Brighton's 2010 SWSP request. Ready Mixed <br />Concrete Company will then be invoiced for the requested amount at a rate of $235.00/acre-foot. <br />Ready Mixed Concrete Company and the City of Brighton agree that this lease is temporary and <br />in no way obligates Brighton to lease Ready Mixed water in the future. <br />Sinc <br />Dawn M.
