Dick Wolfe
July 1, 2009
Pave 4
-a
requirements total 66.8 ac -ft for the accounting period. This replacement will be met by water
released from storage and by leased water. Table 2 gives a summary of the storage operations for
all three pits at the Bromley Lakes site.
RMCC will submit monthly accounting in the form of Tables 1A, 1B and 2 with actual values
through the current month and projected values to the end of the SWSP. RMCC proposes that
this SWSP be effective from August 2009 through July 2010.
It is our opinion that so long as the terms and conditions in the previous SWSP and the changes
requested in this renewal are followed, no injury to other water rights will result. Enclosed please
find a check in the amount of $257 for the gravel pit SWSP renewal fee.
