(f) Stock piling of stony sandy loam as shown in Exhibit E Map 2 with area estimated at <br /> 16 feet x 16 feet x 4 feet. <br /> (g) Trailer Crusher and Wash Plant as shown in Exhibit E Map Number 3 with estimate <br /> area at 50 feet x 30 feet which includes troughs and water storage containers. Note: <br /> Previously map / plan indicated 80 x 80 feet however the site can be kept much <br /> smaller and closer to 50 x 30 feet as noted above. <br /> (h) Attached is Illustration 3 that shows total property permitted at 4.75 acres that <br /> encompasses both mining and reclamation plan, i.e. Fire Break. <br /> (g) Existing and proposed roads <br /> (a) Existing and proposed roads length is<500 feet shown in Exhibit E Map 1. <br /> (b) All roads vary in width. Roads will meet either county and/or MSHA requirements. <br /> (c) Upgrades include widening all roads as required to meet either county and/or MSHA <br /> requirements. Note: Teton Drilling Inc. is currently in contact with county regarding this <br /> permitting application. <br /> (d) Total amount of roadway and disturbance is estimated at <20,000 sq. ft. which is about a <br /> V2 acre. <br /> (e) Downhill portion of roads lined with Hay Bales during mining process for erosion control. <br /> (f) Teton Drilling Inc. is currently working with Clear Creek County to permit connection to <br /> Ute Creek Rd. <br /> (g) Road will include water bars to be constructed at 50-feet intervals per guidelines in Water <br /> Bar Placement and Construction Guide For Siuslaw Forest Roads by Chares Warren dated <br /> Feb. 23, 1998. <br /> (h) Describe how much water will be used in conjunction with the operation <br /> and source <br /> • All water will be purchased from the City of Idaho Springs. <br /> • Estimated amount of water utilized during mining operation is 4,800 gallons. <br /> • Water trucked into location. <br /> • Anticipate loss of 100 to 400 gallons of water per day during the crushing and shaker <br /> table process due to evaporation plus dirt absorption of water. <br /> Note: This is a closed circuit system.
