inspection. The small discharge occurring through the primary spillway discussed in previous inspections has been <br />fixed. The pond's associated flume is located across the Highway 13 from the pond and was inaccessible due to <br />snow depths. The flume was visible from Highway 13 and no issues were observed. <br />Streeter Pond IA held water and was discharging at the time of the inspection. Flow measurements were estimated <br />using the pond's associated 12" flume and were measured at 0.32 which equates to approximately 0.71 cubic feet <br />per second. Discharge was visible inspected and water was clear with no issues observed. Embankments were <br />snow covered in depth of around 12". The primary discharge was functional with no issues. <br />Ponds West Pit Pond 8A East Taylor Pond were not inspected due to inaccessibility. West Taylor Pond I IA was <br />observed from the haul road overlooking the South Taylor Fill but could not be accessed. The West Taylor Pond <br />1 IA held water but was unable to determine if discharge was occurring at the time of the inspection. <br />Prospect Pond. <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />Discharge through flume associated with Streeter Pond. <br />South Taylor and East Pit areas were inaccessible due to snow conditions. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Roads were in wet and/or snow covered due to winter weather conditions. All roads accessible and traveled were <br />in good shape. No standing water was observed along the roads and all runoff was directed to associate ditches. <br />No major erosion was noted along the roads. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil stripping located west of the South Taylor Pit has been completed. The access road to the location remains <br />there for future use as needed. Topsoil from this area was transported to Topsoil Pile 16C. Topsoil 16C was <br />inaccessible due to snow. <br />
