<br />I, the undersigned agent, do solemnly swear that the
<br />LOVELAND REPORTER -HERALD is a daily newspaper
<br />printed, in whole or in part, and published in the City of
<br />Loveland, County of Lorimer, State of Colorado, and which
<br />has general circulation therein and in parts of Lorimer and
<br />Weld counties; that said newspaper has been continuously and
<br />uninterruptedly published for a period of more than six
<br />months next prior to the first publication of the annexed legal
<br />notice of advertisement, that said newspaper has been
<br />admitted to the United States mails as second-class matter
<br />under the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1879, or any,
<br />amendments thereof, and that said newspaper is a daily
<br />newspaper duly qualified for publishing legal notices and
<br />ad%ertisements within the meaning of the laws of the State of
<br />Colorado; that a copy of each number of said newspaper, in
<br />which said notice of advertisement was published, was
<br />transmitted by mail or carrier to each of the subscribers of
<br />said newspaper, according to the accustomed mode of
<br />business in this office.
<br />The annexed legal notice or advertisement was published
<br />in the regular and entire edition of said daily newspaper once
<br />each week, on the same day of each week for the period of 4
<br />insertions; and that the first publication of said notice was in
<br />the issue of said newspaper dated December 21, 2015, and
<br />that the last publication of said notice was in the issue of said
<br />newspaper dated January 11, 2016.

<br />2178, has filed an application for a Regu-
<br />lar (112) Construction Materials Operation
<br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined
<br />Land Reclamation Board under provisions of
<br />the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for .jhe
<br />Extraction of Construction Materlals. The pro-
<br />posed mine Is known as the Browrwrood P11,
<br />and is located at or near Section 19, Town-
<br />ship 2N, Range 68W, 6th Prime Meridian
<br />The proposed date of commencement Is, Sep-
<br />tember 2015, and the proposed date of com-
<br />pletion is, September 2018. The proposed fu-
<br />ture use of the land Is Developed Water Re-
<br />source. Additional Information and tentative
<br />decision date may be obtained from the Divl-

<br />Comments must be In writing and must be re-
<br />ceived by the Division of Reclamation,
<br />Mining, and Safety by 4.00 p.m, on, January 31,
<br />2016.
