Disturbed Acreage <br />By the end of calendar year 2015, 100% of disturbance attributable to coal mining operations <br />during the life of the mine was reclaimed to final configuration or released from reclamation <br />obligations. Previously, 74.94 acres of mine disturbance was Phase I and II released and 15.31 <br />acres Phase III released. These acreages were determined by Marcia Talvitie (former CDRMS <br />lead specialist for the Carbon Junction Mine) in correspondence dated January 30, 2014. <br />The CDRMS annual reclamation report form is appended.
