Drainage PM-3 east of the Spring is snow covered. The Spoil spring is <br />flowing in PM-2 as noted by the open channel. The flow appear to be confined to the PM-2 channel, as designed. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> Roads throughout the reclaimed mine are not plowed. Snow machine tracks can been seen in some parts <br />of the mine. (south of Pond 16) <br /> <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br /> Considerable snow cornices have formed on the lee side of the ridge on the east side of the permit area. <br />A deep snow drift has formed on the lee side of the snow fence. The drift appears to extend to the east <br />approximately twice the height of the fence. In spite of the effectiveness of the snow fence at the top of the ridge, <br />there is still a large drift that has formed in the PM-4 drainage. No problems are observable in this area at this <br />time of winter. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> No activity is apparent at the warehouse area.
