lirie <br /> Natural Soda LLC 2015 Project Status Report &Annual Plan of Development <br /> 3.1.4 Regulatory Review <br /> NS submitted routine Sundry Notices, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the <br /> appropriate agencies. The following summarizes other regulatory related activities: <br /> • In May NS received Construction Permit#15RB0259 from the Colorado Department of <br /> Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) which permitted a new low-NOx boiler. A minor <br /> modification to this permit is anticipated in early 2016. <br /> • NS completed the 2015 Mine Plan Modification allowing NS to increase production to <br /> 500,000 TPY and to expand the plant and operating facilities to accommodate the <br /> production increase. <br /> • NS submitted an application to the EPA for the reissuance of the Class III UIC area <br /> permit. This application includes an aquifer exemption for the 156.4 lease expansion <br /> obtained by NS in 2014. The revoke and reissuance of the NS UIC permit is expected <br /> to be complete in early 2016. <br /> • NS submitted permit applications to the EPA for the 15H, 16H, and the 17H production <br /> well pairs in 2014. They have been approved by the BLM and DRMS.
