All construction materials placed were verified as <br /> suitable, and construction methods were in accordance with project technical specifications.** <br /> A) VLF (PSSA, Phase 1, and 2) <br /> Structural Fill: <br /> The following Structural Fill haul to fill and grading activities occurred: <br /> CC&V hauled material to the Dump 4 surge in Phase 2 using Cat 793 haul trucks. A Cat dozer <br /> placed the Structural Fill between stations N20+00 and N22+00. A Cat smooth drum roller <br /> compacted the fill area. <br /> Cat dozers graded slopes between stations S12+00 and K8+00. A Cat excavator loaded Cat <br /> haul trucks with cut material from areas in the vicinity of station M20+00. A Cat dozer placed <br /> Structural Fill in the vicinity of stations N6+00 to N10+00. A Cat smooth drum roller compacted <br /> the fill area. <br /> All of the above Structural Fill material was placed, compacted, and graded per the project plans <br /> and specifications. <br /> Subgrade: <br /> Phase 2 diversion channel subgrade prepared and accepted per project plans and specifications. <br />
