EXHIBIT D
MINING PLAN
6.4.4 (e) An approximate timeline will put us in excavation mode
in spring/summer of 2016. Removal of material in
approximately 1 month after that period. This is a long
term mine. Reclamation has been ongoing as the pit
expands. The mine will be intermittent and operate less
than 180 days per year. Material from this site will be
loaded by loader and hauled with trucks to county roads.
(f)
Topsoil removal should take anywhere from 2- 8 weeks
depending on size of area opened; overburden removal,
another 4-8 weeks. Material haulage is estimated at 5 to
10 years. Reclamation is estimated to take 2 years or two
growing seasons, depending on weather conditions.
(i) The stages are planned to be in varied size increments.
We will start in the East side of upper deck and work our
way eastward. As each stage is completed, overburden
and topsoil will be replaced to begin the re -growth
process.
(i) The topsoil ranges from 5 - 6".
(ii) Another 4-24 inches of overburden will be removed as
need to expose the red clay gravel. This material is
located on a red clay bottom.
