Exhibit D
MINING PLAN
6.4.4 (a) We will begin by removing topsoil and placing it on
the inside of the boundary. Soil will be moved with a
scraper and bulldozer. Soil will be held 25 ft. inside the
boundary to leave an area for inspection and
maintenance.
(b) Any remaining overburden will be removed by scraper and
bulldozer and placed along the side of our working area.
Inside of top soil pile to help with reclamation process.
(c) Topsoil and overburden will be placed to build a dike
around the active mining area. This will create a
diversion to stop storm water from entering the active
Mining area.
(d) We will open and excavate in several stages. This will help
to lessen the impact on the pasture area and help to lessen
the cost to reclamation. The pit will be reclaimed as we go.
