- 11 <br />f) In conjunction with Exhibit G — Water Information, Subsection 6.4.7, if required by the <br />Office, further water resources information will be presented on a map in this section; <br />g) <br />At this time, with the inclusion of Exhibit G, it is not anticipate the need for additional <br />information. <br />Show the owner's name, type of structures, and location of all significant, valuable, and <br />permanent man-made structures contained on the area of affected land and within two <br />hundred (200) feet of the affected land; <br />See the attached map labeled Exhibit C and the APO of Colorado list of names of land <br />owners. The list includes those landowners within 900 feet of the property to meet the <br />City of Loveland requirements which exceeds the MLRB requirement of owners within <br />200 feet. <br />The Batch Plant Area on Exhibit C contains the following: <br />Various buildings, shops, scale house, and material extraction, handling, stockpiling, <br />hauling, and associated conveyors and transfer points. One shop built crushing and <br />screening plant, consisting of one jaw crusher, one cone crusher, and one screen deck, <br />with plant rated at 150 tons per hour; one custom made sand and gravel washing plant <br />rated at 150 tons per hour; one Simplicity double deck screen, model 0A 120C, Serial <br />#2516-HS12C-1945; one Simplicity single deck screen, model 4x16 DDA -120C, Serial <br /># 1416HS 1206-1530; one Eagle Iron Works sand auger, model B/M-D33782, Serial <br />#12782; and one Con -E -Co truck mix cement concrete batch plant, model 75CYD/Hour, <br />Serial #C-2446. <br />h) In conjunction with Exhibit 1— Soils Information, Subsection 6.4.9, soils information may <br />be presented on a map in this section; <br />It is our opinion the information contained in Exhibit I is sufficient. <br />i) Aerial photos, if available may be included in this section; <br />The enclosed maps labeled Exhibit C and Exhibit F are aerial photos. <br />
