EXHIBIT C - Pre -mining and Mining Plan Map of Affected Lands <br />The following information pertains to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology Permit # <br />1974-069 for Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc.; Larimer Pits. <br />a) All adjoining surface owners of record; <br />The existing Larimer Pits are located in Larimer County and are adjoined to the North by <br />the Greeley -Loveland Irrigation Co.'s Big Barnes Ditch, and beyond that within 200 feet <br />are several home -owners. The City of Loveland and Larimer County have R.O.W. <br />adjoining the west border of the property which contains County Road 19E (Namaqua <br />Avenue) with Larimer County being the northern portion and City of Loveland the <br />southern portion. Additionally, the City of Loveland has a R.O.W. adjoining the east <br />border of the property which contains Wilson Avenue. The southern border of the <br />existing Larimer Pits adjoins the City of Loveland city limits with the property being the <br />Amended Plat of the Big Thompson Farms Addition to the City of Loveland. Attached <br />and included as a part of this exhibit is a list of property owners within 200 feet of the <br />existing mine boundary. The cells, reclaimed ponds, backfill areas, site access roads, <br />settling ponds for was fines, plant site, and larger landowners, as well as the proposed <br />amended area, have been noted on the enclosed map labeled Exhibit C 1. <br />The new addition to the Larimer Pits will consist of 32.784 +1- acres known as Tract B of <br />the Amended Plat of Big Thompson Farms Addition to the City of Loveland and lies <br />entirely within the City of Loveland. The northern edge adjoins the existing Larimer Pits. <br />The eastern edge adjoins the City of Loveland R.O.W. which contains Wilson Avenue <br />with the City of Loveland Service Center beyond Wilson Avenue to the east. <br />Additionally, the City of Loveland has a R.O.W. adjoining the southern border which <br />contains West First Street, and beyond that within 200 feet are several home owners. To <br />the west, the addition adjoins Tract A of the Amended Plat of Big Thompson Farms <br />Addition to the City of Loveland which is an undeveloped residential tract with no <br />homeowners within 200 feet. Attached and included as a part of this exhibit is a list of <br />property owners within 200 feet of the proposed addition to the mine boundary on the <br />enclosed map labeled C3. <br />b) The name and location of all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, and <br />power and communication lines on the area of affected land and within two hundred <br />(200) feet of all boundaries of such area; <br />The existing Larimer Pits have the Big Thompson River flowing through the site. In <br />addition, the buildings for the batch plant are also on the property. The City of Loveland <br />has an electrical switch yard and overhead electrical transmission lines to the North of the <br />property and there is an overhead electrical distribution line running east -west <br />approximately 880 feet from the North Property line. <br />
