January 12, 2016 C-2010-089/New Horizon North Mine BFB <br />The west ditch of Pond 001 was not snow covered and appeared to be stable. The east ditch was partially snow <br />covered and appeared to be stable. <br />Pond 002 was frozen and snow covered (photo 4). It was not discharging. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Coal was being hauled from the upper seam in the pit to the coal storage area by the west haul road (photo <br />5).
