Adequacy review <br />questions are bulleted (*). <br />Rule: 4.05.2 Water Quality and Effluent Limitations <br />This Rule addresses drainage from disturbed areas, sediment ponds, and <br />requirements for meeting water quality standards. <br />This rule has been adequately addressed in. <br />o The Proposed Decision and Finding of Compliance for Roadside Portals SL -08 <br />(October 2015) <br />o Annual Hydrology Report for October 2013 through September 2014 <br />Sediment ponds have been reclaimed and no discharges for associated points 005 <br />through 015 were recorded for the year. The requirement for Whole Effluent <br />Toxicity (WET) tests were terminated by CDPHE in June 2005. Flows in Cottonwood <br />and Rapid Creeks have shown no detectable effects of mining. <br />
