Please respond to the items below by providing an <br /> explanation and/or replacement updated section(s)of the PO. Also identify where the <br /> changes were made. <br /> 1. Freshwater source(Page 5-23). This indicates the freshwater source would be nearby <br /> springs or wells. However,the recent bulk sampling NOI says DP Spring will not be <br /> used. Specify your likely freshwater source. <br /> 2. Water treatment updates(various pages) -Update the PO to be consistent with <br /> changes made in the recently approved Whirlwind NOI modification, specifically related <br /> to changes in the design of water treatment facility, storage capacity, selenium treatment, <br /> and surface facilities(structures). <br /> 3. Bulkhead seals(Page 6-5). This addresses the proposed upper and lower bulkhead <br /> seals,but does not include any bulkhead design. Provide a conceptual design with <br /> illustrations as appropriate. <br /> 4. Bonding(Page 6-11). The bond needs adjusted for removal of metal tanks rather than <br /> pond backfill. <br />
