parameter was reported on the DMR's submitted
to CDPHE but it was not reported on the tables
submitted with the AHR.

not reported in 2014 for spoil spring SSSPG6 as
required. Please supply these results or
explain why they were not reported.

-Water Levels:
• Well SOV42, water levels were reported once for
this monitoring well. Water levels are required
to be reported semi-annually.
• Wells COV 11, COV23, COV2633, COV2702,
CW23, CW2632 and CW2701 were monitored in
the second and third quarter for 2014. These
sites are required to be monitored Tri -Annually.
Water level measurements should have been
taken in the fourth quarter of 2013 for this water
year.
