(TC). I, Jared Ebert of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety conducted the <br />inspection. Mr. Brian Watterson with TC accompanied me during the inspection. The weather was clear and cold. <br />EXPLOSIVES — Rule 4.08 <br />Distance Prohibitions 4.08.4; Warnings 4.08.4; Control of Adverse Effects 4.08.4: <br />The explosives storage area was observed. The area appeared undisturbed and the surrounding storage area was <br />snow covered. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The Fish Creek Borehole (Site 115) did not appear to be discharging. The discharge flume and drainage was <br />covered with snow. The water treatment ponds were snow and ice covered. Mr. Watterson indicated that TC had <br />not recently pumped water to the ponds. The Fish Creek 92 Pump House was observed. The pump did not appear <br />to be on and the well was not leaking. <br />The 18LT Sediment ponds were snow covered and did not appear to be discharging. The embankments appeared <br />stable. The spillways appeared functional. <br />The 6MN reservoir was snow and ice covered. The embankment appeared stable. <br />The 6MN Ventilation Shaft sediment pond was snow and ice covered.
