<br />1 nib lett,=, co, gains a correction of a typo I made in ,ny May 18, 2012 letter to you. That letter
<br />included an 4xn,,ecr f;,,a„C;al warranty amount (even tnuugh the pages that wc;.e attached to that
<br />letter showed the correct a,uo,u,t). The Correct required financial warranty amuu„t ;s $4,071.
<br />1 n6 attachments to the previous letter have „st changed and are not included again he,vw;tli.
<br />As stated earlier in my May 37 2012 letter to you, all technical issues;,, the NOI have been
<br />satisfactorily addressed. The single,e,ua;n;,,g deficiency to be addressed beio,e YOU ,nay
<br />comme„Ce with your project is that of sub,,,;tri„g a„ acceptable financial warranty. Tl,e ,ev;bed
<br />reclamation cost estimate ;5 $4 071. The drill hole closu,e task (##001) Still comprises the
<br />,,,aw„ry of the total costs, but it has bee„ ,evised to be more reflective of the "lusu,c cyst of the
