WET test was collected in discharge just downstream of East Pyeatt 2. <br />Middle Flume was not holding water or discharging. <br />East Middle Flume was snow covered, full of water, and discharging at a trickle. <br />East Flume was frozen <br />East Middle Flume was frozen <br />Industrial Waste pond was frozen <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Ash disposal area was observed and no problems were noted. Queen Anne was down. The Baby Doe and Molly <br />Brown were active in L -pit. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The main haul roads were well maintained, cleared of snow, and scrappers were laying scoria for traction. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The Shop and tank storage area was observed with no issues noted. <br />East panel ready line was observed with no problems noted. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Recently moved topsoil pile at the top of K -pit was observed and appeared to be well shaped but was snow <br />covered. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Page 3 of 6 <br />
