The <br />inspection was completed by Tabetha Lynch with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br />Graham Roberts with Trapper Mine was present during the inspection. The mine was snow covered at the time of <br />inspection and many areas were not accessible. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />The mine records were checked at the mine office. See end of the report for details. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />The Operator is concurrently backfilling behind the mining operations. <br />EXPLOSIVES — Rule 4.08 <br />Distance Prohibitions 4.08.4; Warnings 4.08.4; Control of Adverse Effects 4.08.4: <br />Overburden blasts were being set-up just East of the draglines in L- pit. Blasting records were checked. <br />The most recent blast record was from December 11', 2015. The record appears to be in order.
