The ditch was not transmitting water at the time of <br />inspection. <br />o Hydrologic structures appeared to be functioning adequately. <br />TOPSOIL - Rule 4.06 <br />Removal4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />o At King II, the topsoil pile adjacent to the King II sediment pond and the main topsoil stockpile behind the <br />stack tubes appeared stable and adequately protected from erosion by wind and water. <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE - Rule 4.09 <br />Placement; Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization: <br />o There was no evidence of recent activity related to compaction and grading of material at King I refuse pile. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION - Rule 4.17 <br />o Numerous trucks were travelling up and down the main King II haul road or were waiting to be loade.
