9. Exhibit D -stated the nature, depth and thickness of the ore body or deposit to be mined. <br />See Mining Plan- Mining was originally 25-30 feet in depth. No final slopes greater than 3:1. <br />10. Exhibit D -the nature of the stratum was identified and added to the Plan. <br />See Mining Plan- the nature is gravel and dirt <br />11. Exhibit D -specify if explosives will be used <br />12. Exhibit D- Revised the sentence Number 4 to state Back slopes will be at a 3:1 ratio. <br />See Mining Plan- 3:1 ratio. <br />13. Exhibit E- changed Plan to say Pastureland. <br />See Reclamation Plan <br />14. Exhibit H -Wildlife Information -Contacted Aaron Berscheid with Colorado Division of Wildlife <br />and he said there are no endangered species (both Federal and State lists)in this vicinity. <br />19. Exhibit H -Again, Division of Wildlife office Aaron Berscheid said there is no general effect on <br />existing wildlife in this area during or proposed operation of the gravel site. All wildlife in the <br />area are used to human traffic and noise which is very minimal. <br />20. Exhibit J -Vegetation Information -Provided quantitative estimates of cover and height for the <br />vegetation described in the application. <br />21. Exhibit J -Clarified the statement on the application. <br />22. Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs -Clarified the statement to say 3:1 slopes. <br />
