Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance <br />Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and <br />Property Damage <br />Each Occurrence <br />4. Pollution Liability <br />$1,000,000 <br />$1,000,000 <br />Policies shall list Lessors as an additional insureds. All insurance shall be primary <br />and non-contributory coverage to Lessors. During the term of this Lease and any <br />renewal period, Lessee shall maintain in effect all insurance coverages required <br />under this Lease at Lessee's sole expense and with insurance companies <br />acceptable to Lessors. The policies shall contain a provision that coverage will <br />not be canceled or not renewed until at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice <br />has been given to Lessors. Certificates of insurance showing required coverage to <br />be in force and the names of the additional insureds shall be filed with Lessors <br />prior to Lessee's entry on to the Leased Property. In the event Subcontractor fails <br />to obtain or maintain any insurance coverage required under this Lease, Lessors <br />may terminate this Lease. <br />8. At the termination of this Lease, to remove all moveable plant, temporary <br />buildings, materials and equipment from the Leased Property not removed pursuant to <br />Article IX as required by Lessors and to leave the Leased Property in an orderly and <br />clean condition conforming to the requirements of the reclamation plan approved by, or <br />as thereafter amended by, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />9. To pay all personal property taxes on the personal property and temporary <br />improvements of the Lessee in and about the Leased Property. <br />10. Not to cause or suffer or allow any lien, judgment, levy, or attachment to <br />be placed upon the Leased Property of the Lessors by reason of any actions of the Lessee <br />of any nature or kind. <br />United/Sheridan Family Gravel Lease 4 <br />
