PRE -MINING AND MINING PLAN MAPS OF AFFECTED LANDS <br />EXHIBIT C <br />Mining has occurred on the north part of the site (original Berry Pit) since the 1978, as described in <br />the Introduction section. Although no accurate map was made of the pre -mining site, Map C-1 <br />shows the site as it existed in the mid -1990's based on mapping at that time. The exact topography <br />of the original site is not known in the permit area and but approximate contours of the original pre - <br />mine surface have been made on Map C-1. <br />Map C-2 shows all mining which has occurred to the end of 2001 and what is planned for remainder <br />of the permit. <br />Berry Pit 3/02 5 <br />
