Preliminary review of <br /> the information received determined the following items must be received before the Division <br /> can consider the application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br /> 1. The Division requires the Applicant to provide documentation giving the signer of the <br /> application, Patrick H. Walker, the authority to sign on behalf of the company. The <br /> authorization document may be in the form of by-laws, resolution, affidavit signed by <br /> corporate secretary, certified secretary statement or a notarized statement on company <br /> / letterhead. <br /> \� 2. The amendment application was submitted by GEI Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Martin <br /> Marietta Materials, Inc. Please provide a signed authorization letter from Martin Marietta <br /> Materials, Inc. stating GEI Consultants is authorized to perform work and submit material <br /> for the Greeley 35th Avenue Mine on behalf of Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. <br /> The amendment (AM-02) application will not be considered submitted until the information listed <br /> above is received and found sufficient to begin our review. A decision date will be established 90 <br /> days from the date of receipt of all of the requested information. Additionally, if you have <br /> already published notice you will need to republish notice, after the Division considers the <br /> application submitted. This notice must be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks, <br /> starting within ten (10) days of the date your application is considered submitted.
