It <br />was anticipated that the remaining work would take about two weeks. <br />Summit Mechanical were also doing the work to construct the concrete caps to seal the vent shafts. At the <br />time of the inspection the Bear Creek shaft had been filled to a depth of 50' from the base of the shaft, and a 20" <br />thick concrete cap had been constructed. The job could have been finished but for a problem with the concrete <br />supply. At the time of the inspection the partially built cap was covered with steel and the concrete delivery had <br />been rescheduled. It was anticipated that four loads of concrete would be needed and that the job would be <br />finished in one day. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />Moving forward it is anticipated that Oxbow staff will mainly be occupied in overseeing the work of <br />contractors and taking care of routine site maintenance. As such the equipment inventory on site has been reduced <br />and now comprises: a road grader, a backhoe, a dump truck and a couple of fork lifts.
