10. On September 11, 2014, Operator submitted a Technical Revision to <br />update the reclamation plan map. <br />11. The Division approved Operator's Technical Revision to update the <br />reclamation plan map on October 14, 2014. The updated reclamation plan, as <br />shown on the reclamation plan map, included: (a) grading pond banks to 3H:1V; <br />(b) removing overburden stockpile; (c) removing state -listed noxious weeds (i.e., <br />Tamarisk and Russian Olive trees) from the southern and eastern portion of the <br />site; and (d) reseeding disturbed areas, including the area formerly covered by the <br />overburden stockpile. <br />12. On December 15, 2014, the Division received a request from the <br />Operator to extend the deadline to complete the corrective actions from December <br />31, 2014 to October 31, 2015. <br />13. On December 19, 2014, the Division sent Operator a letter outlining <br />the conditions required for approval of the corrective action deadline extension. The <br />conditions for approval required Operator to complete specified tasks by the end of <br />each month and submit evidence of completion of each task by a corresponding <br />deadline, as follows: <br />a. Regain property access for reclamation work by March 31, 2015; <br />b. Begin removing state -listed noxious weeds (particularly <br />Tamarisk and Russian Olive trees) from disturbed areas of the site by April <br />30, 2015; <br />c. Begin removing stockpiled material from the site by May 31, 2015; <br />d. Begin grading pond banks to 3H:1V slopes or flatter by June <br />30, 2015; <br />e. Tamarisk and Russian Olive trees removed from disturbed areas <br />by July 31, 2015 and continue to monitor and treat new growth; <br />f. Complete grading pond banks to 3H:1V slopes or flatter by <br />August 31, 2015; <br />g. Complete removal of stockpiled material from the site by <br />September 30, 2015; and <br />h.
