King Coal Mine (C-1981-035) TR -26 Adequacy Review #1DRMS <br />DRMS. When this data is submitted, be sure that it is consistent with the requirements of Rule <br />2.03.3(5). <br />10. DRMS Nov 2015: Please utilize a series of core samples to from the A coal seam (overburden, <br />inter burden ad between the A and B seams to provide a chemical analysis of coal seam for <br />acid-forming materials as per Rule 2.04.6(3)(a)(iii)((C)(D)(E) <br />F. Rule 2.03.3(5) Format and Sunnlemental Information <br />11. DRMS Nov 2015: Please submit to DRMS the name of the laboratory, qualified as per Rules <br />2.03.3(2) and (3) contracted to analyze the water samples. <br />G. Rule 2.10 Mans and Plans <br />The map provided (King II Mine Lease Map) is not of a scale to exactly determine well locations with <br />respect to roads. Roads are not identified as such by symbology on the map or in the map legend. <br />Location of the proposed well clusters with respect to the permit boundary is ambiguous. <br />12. DRMS Nov 2015: Please update the maps as follows: <br />a) Render at a scale where road access to proposed drill locations can be verified and <br />measured. <br />b) Clearly symbolize the roads to each proposed drill site in the map legend as well as on the <br />map. <br />c) Please indicate the scale at which the map is drawn. <br />d) Limit the map to the following features: <br />i. Monitoring Well Clusters <br />ii. Permit Boundary <br />iii. Roads <br />iv. Topographic contour lines <br />V. Hydrography (streams, ditches and ponds) <br />vi. Potential workings (to be considered under future revision) <br />H. Rule 4.02.7 Tonsoil Markers <br />Where topsoil piles or other soil is segregated and stockpiled the material should be marked and <br />disturbance markers should also be placed. <br />I. Rule 2.03.6 Right of Entry <br />Section 2.04.6 page 8 of revised pages states that the roads to the monitoring well locations are <br />controlled by Ute Mountain Ute Tribe, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Wiedemann's. <br />Section 2.04.9 page 3, and section 2.04. 10 page 2 and section 2.04.11 page 3 of revised pages states <br />that the monitoring wells will be drilled on land owned by State of Colorado Lease CO -3388, BLM <br />and the Wiedemann's. <br />Prepared by: R.
