TCC will need
to address any item where a specific monitoring requirement was not met. Please
either submit the data or explain why the data was not collected.
♦ TC will need to evaluate the concerns identified in item number 24 of the DRMS
Review of the 2014 AHR data and the PHC (section 2 05 6 3 of the permit) regarding
surface hydrology impacts. TC will need to address the following item:
For the lower reaches of Middle Fish and Trout Creek the projected average conductivity sulfate and
TDS levels for 2009 to 2015 contained in Exhibit 32 do not appear to be reflective of the average
levels reported in the 2014 AHR. The averages reported for these parameters exceed the average
projected amounts.
TC will need to evaluate these constituents and update the PHC accordingly and
assess the negative impacts of these elevated constituent levels.
Rule: 2.05.6(3)(b)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv) and (y): Protection of Hydrological Balance
This rule addresses the evaluation and determination of probable hydrologic consequences, the
hydrologic reclamation plan and the plan for reporting surface water quality data and is adequately
addressed in the following:
This rule is adequately addressed in the following sections of the permit:
o Sections 2.05-130 through 2.05-131 and the associated references in this section.
o Exhibits 31 and 8
o Map 24
o Hydrologic Monitoring Plan (pages 2.05-77 through 2.05-90), Exhibit 4e-7 outlining
monitoring and reporting protocol.
o Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance Document, Permit Renewal 6 (PR6) of
October 2013, and Map 15 of the permit.
o Figure 2 Map 13A, Designated Locations or Hydrologic Monitoring (March 2015).
