Reilley, DRMS November 2015 <br />Document Location: Document Location: M\\Coal\rar\MidTermReviews Page 4 <br />♦ Please check Exhibit 8I, against as built specifications and stage storage exhibits for <br />all ponds and update all values in Exhibit 8P where they differ from the as built <br />design. <br />Fish Creek Borehole Treatment Facility and associated fish creek settling ponds were modified in 2006 <br />and 2007. <br />Please inform DRMS if the above mentioned modifications changed anything on the <br />ground. <br />If the 2006 and 2007 modifications changed anything on the ground, please submit <br />to DRMS updated as built drawings. <br />Exhibit 8Q is referenced in the Table of Contents as: 8Q Pond T Certification. However it provides <br />important information regarding impoundment design specifications, hydrology and soils, rather than <br />Pond T as builts. <br />Please update the table of contents to reflect a more accurate title for Exhibit 8Q, <br />such as for example: Impoundment Design Specifications, Hydrology and Soils <br />Please inform DRMS what exhibit addresses Pond T stage storage and as built <br />information. If there is no such exhibit please provide stage storage information <br />and as built designs and crosssections for Pond T. <br />For the Fish Creek Tipple Pond DRMS was unable to locate as builts and stage storage information: <br />Please inform DRMS what exhibit shows the cross section and stage storage <br />information for the Fish Creek Tipple Pond. If this information is not in the permit <br />please provide cross section, as built and stage storage information for the Fish <br />Creek Tipple. <br />The 6MN Mine Water Storage Reservoir design information (Exhibit 8CC) is not called out in the Table <br />of Contents. Also, DRMS was not able to locate cross section drawings of the reservoir. <br />♦ Please update the Table of Contents to include exhibit 8CC and submit the updated <br />document to DRMS. <br />♦ Please either: <br />L indicate where in the permit, crossection drawings are located for the 6MN <br />reservoir or, <br />ii. submit crossection drawings to DRMS. <br />♦ Please inform DRMS if crossection drawings exist for Area 1 Pit Temporary Water <br />Storage Basin; and if they exist where in the permit they are located. <br />♦ If there are no crossection drawings for Area 1 Pit currently in the permit please <br />submit drawings to DRMS. <br />♦ Also, please make sure all design information in the permit pertaining to rule <br />2.05.3(4) reflects the most recent updates and changes to all ponds, impoundments, <br />diversions and treatment facilities and associated spillways and culverts. <br />
